1. Receiving the information about failure

At first step the customer should to inform us about problem through our special contact center by the next phone number: +7 (8352) 63-36-11 (for russian speakers) or +7 (8352) 30-44-95 (for english speakers). 2. Preliminary conclusion about the reasons of problem

At second step specialists of our company are contacting with the customer to clarify the nature of the failure and to definite the possible reasons of its occurrence. After receiving the full information we find the ways to eliminate the problem as soon as possible. 

3. Departure of technical specialists

Specialists of the service center promptly go to the location of the machine to diagnose and determine the exact cause of failure. Minor problems are eliminated on the spot with using of special tools and equipment. In the case of a serious fault (if the spare parts will be required to restore the machine) an appropriate request will be made.  

4.  Supply of spare parts (if necessary)

Technical specialists are checking the availability of the required spare parts in warehouses and in case of their absence they make an appropriate request to the manufacturer. The manufacturer must to provide  the ordered spare parts within 2 working days. After receiving of necessary spare parts the technical specialists will be ready to re-visit the location of the equipment to make the completely restore of machine.
